Gerry R. Fischer is an engineer, MBA and attorney practicing estate

the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of Illinois and the United

LEGAL EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Advantage, Fischer practiced with one of the oldest full
service intellectual property law firms in Chicago.
His practice areas include all aspects of intellectual property law,
particularly prosecution, litigation, counseling, investigating,
transactions and providing opinions for domestic and foreign patents,
trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets.
